Choose the Omnipod 5 Pod version that matches your CGM before ordering. This new retail 5-pack contains five tubeless Omnipod 5 Pods for automated insulin delivery when used with the appropriate Omnipod 5 Controller or app setup and a compatible CGM.

Choose the correct CGM compatibility

• G6/G7: Compatible with Dexcom G6 or Dexcom G7 systems. NDC/NRC 08508-3000-21.
• G6: Older Omnipod 5 packaging for Dexcom G6 systems only. This version shares NDC/NRC 08508-3000-21 with the newer G6/G7 version.
• Libre 2 Plus/3 Plus: Compatible with FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus or FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus sensors. NDC/NRC 08508-3000-42.

Important: Check the CGM compatibility printed on the box before opening. Do not rely on the NDC alone to distinguish the older G6-only box from the newer G6/G7 box. Standard FreeStyle Libre 2 and Libre 3 sensors without “Plus” are not listed as compatible.

How long does one 5-pack last?

Each Pod can provide insulin delivery for up to 72 hours. Five Pods can provide up to 15 days of wear when each Pod is changed every 72 hours. Follow the change schedule prescribed by your healthcare professional.

Does this box include a Controller or CGM?

No. This listing includes five Pods only. A compatible Omnipod 5 Controller or app setup, compatible CGM, and insulin are required separately.

Which version should I buy?

Select the variant that matches the exact CGM compatibility printed on your current Omnipod 5 packaging or specified by your healthcare professional. The older G6-only and newer G6/G7 boxes may share the same NDC, so the compatibility wording on the box is the deciding detail.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
