We here at Affordable OTC strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We want you, the customer, to feel confident when ordering from us. If for ANY REASON you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 10 days of when your items were delivered. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF OPENED ITEMS. Because of the nature of the items being sent, we can not accept opened boxes for any reason. If the manufactures factory seal is tampered with or opened the return will be rejected.
Before returning anything you must contact customer service by email or phone to get a RA number. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 844-502-2744. Any returns without a RA number will be rejected.
If you ordered the wrong item or just no longer need it, you will be responsible for return shipping. If there was an error by an Affordable OTC team member, we will provide you a pre-paid return label or reimburse you the return shipping costs to ship the items back to us.
All items are subject to the manufactures warranty. Please contact them to resolve any quality problems.
