The FreeStyle Lite Meter Kit combines a compact blood glucose meter with strips and lancets for your testing routine. It is an option for customers who already have a lancing device compatible with FreeStyle lancets, or who will purchase one separately.

Condition, expiration and care

New, factory-sealed components with full-dated test strips. This is not a short-dated offer. For the specific expiration dates available, contact Affordable OTC before ordering; no fixed remaining number of months is stated here.

Wash and dry your hands before testing. Keep strips in their original vial and close the cap after removing one. Follow the storage directions and expiration dates on each component's packaging. Do not reuse test strips or lancets, and do not share your meter or lancing device with another person.

Is a lancing device included?

No. This bundle contains the meter, 100 test strips and 100 lancets. You need a separate lancing device that accepts FreeStyle lancets.

Which replacement strips should I buy?

Use FreeStyle Lite test strips with the included FreeStyle Lite meter. Do not substitute a different strip type simply because it carries the FreeStyle name.

Does this kit provide continuous glucose monitoring?

No. This is a blood glucose meter bundle for individual blood-sample tests, not a FreeStyle Libre sensor or continuous glucose monitoring system.

How long will the included supplies last?

The supply duration depends on how often you test. Control checks or repeat tests can use additional strips, so 100 strips should not be treated as a guaranteed 100 completed blood glucose tests or a fixed-day supply. Follow your healthcare provider's testing schedule.

Do I replace the meter when the strips run out?

No. The meter is reusable. Replenish the compatible strips and lancets as needed, and maintain the meter according to its instructions.

What expiration date will I receive?

The strips are offered as full-dated stock, but a specific date is not listed. Contact Affordable OTC before ordering to confirm current dates, and check the printed expiration information before use.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
