Receiver controls and pairing

The current Dexcom G7 receiver uses physical buttons rather than a touchscreen. Pair each new sensor by entering the four-digit pairing code printed on the sensor applicator. The receiver guides you through setup, pairing, warmup and alert settings.

How long will the three sensors last?

Each standard Dexcom G7 sensor is indicated for up to 10 days of wear. Three sensors therefore provide up to 30 days of sensor wear across three full sessions, plus the available 12-hour grace period at the end of each sensor session. Actual wear time can vary.

Compatibility

This bundle is for the Dexcom G7 CGM System. The included receiver works with compatible Dexcom G7 sensors. The standard sensors included here are not Dexcom G6 sensors and are not interchangeable with G6 components.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
